About Valmo Hair Oil.

Valmo Hair Oil was created by the Cremona sisters, Manuela, Laura, and Alessandra with the support of their families. The idea was born when Alessandra experienced severe hair loss during a stressful time, and her hair growth didn’t recover naturally.

Determined to help others regain confidence, the sisters developed a hair oil that strengthens, nourishes the scalp, and stimulates growth for all hair types. Combining their diverse expertise, they spent a year perfecting a natural, effective formula. The result? A hair oil designed to make every strand feel amazing.

Meet The Team.

The Cremona Sisters

Manuela holds a BCom double major in marketing and business from Monash University, along with an honours degree in branding from the University of Johannesburg. She combines her expertise in strategy and branding to drive impactful projects. Passionate about the family business, she enjoys collaborating with her siblings and parents. Outside of work, Manuela loves traveling, exploring new cuisines, and finding creative inspiration in everyday life.

Manuela Cremona De Canha

Alessandra Chesworth has an MSc in Food science, mainly involved in the quality department in the food industry. Alessandra has always enjoyed the process of manufacturing products from raw materials to end product. Alessandra, being diagnosed with an auto immune disease, has always taken an interest in understanding the benefits of various natural ingredients and the effects on your body. She enjoys researching and sourcing new ingredients that have various benefits for ones body.

Alessandra Chesworth

Laura is a seasoned Content Specialist and Project Manager with over 14 years of experience in content creation and project execution. She holds an honours degree in computing and information systems from Monash University and is known for her creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail. Beyond her work in IT, Laura is passionate about contributing to the family business and enjoys working alongside her siblings and parents. A devoted wife and mother of two, she loves reading, family time, and giving back to her local community through charitable work.
