A concern for many would be when to apply oil on hair. We recommend at least 2-3 times a week for best results! Apply at least 2-4 hours prior to hair wash.

We would definitely recommend that, you first apply the oil on a small area by your wrist or neck and monitor for 24 hours for any skin irritation or discomfort. It is recommended to read the ingredients list carefully.

Due to the purity and natural ingredients of Valmo hair oil, the product may solidify at low temperatures. If this does happen, put the bottle in a warm area, that is at room temperature.
We recommend you do a patch test first. Take a small amount of the Valmo hair oil and apply to a small portion of the scalp that’s visible to you or on your forearm. Observe the skin where you applied the oil to see if there’s any itchiness, burning, redness, or inflammation. Please discontinue using immediately if you show signs of an allergic reaction.
We understand that some individual skin types react differently to different elements hence, we recommend you to read the ingredient list carefully.
We recommend doing a small test patch on Children, to see if there is any reaction. Some children’s hair may be finer than others, and the amount of oil used may need to be adjusted. Recommended starting age is 6 years old.
You may notice more hair fall out – known as Hair shedding – on hair oiling days it is completely normal!
